"A $50 Candle That Came Damaged..."
A $50 candle showed up in pieces, and my partner and I contacted support over a month back, only to be met with some pretty rude responses. (Not exactly how you want to handle an online shop.) We were even asked why we didn’t take more pictures of the candle. Feeling let down and unimpressed. Customer service is just okay.

"Placed an order for 3 items at the beginning of October"
I placed an order for 3 items at the beginning of October, and here we are, 3 weeks later, still no sign of my stuff. I shot them an email about my order, and while they didn’t say sorry, they did say it’s on its way. A few days later, I finally got my order, but guess what? They messed it up! I sent them a pic of the product like they asked, and now? Crickets! Haven't heard a peep since!

"Incredible scents from these candles"
These candle fragrances are just fantastic. Watermelon is definitely a top pick—it's fresh, uplifting, and not overly sweet. Right now, I'm enjoying vanilla caramel, and it feels so cozy and rich. Usually, I stick to Glasshouse because I focus on quality over cost, but this is my second order in just two weeks. I got some extra for Christmas presents, but honestly, I think they might not make it to the tree! 😆

"Hart's Candles and Diffusers Are Awesome!"
I'm a big fan of the candles and diffusers from Hart and Co. I've ordered from them twice online, but both times I ended up having to follow up on my order after waiting two weeks with no updates on delivery. Other than that little hiccup, the products are fantastic!

I really adore these candles; they fill my place with a heavenly scent. I totally suggest trying the sandalwood and vanilla or the waterlily and jasmine—those are definitely my top picks.

I picked up some big candles and diffusers in lime and coconut, salted caramel, and watermelon. I've given them all a go, and they are absolutely amazing!! Folks notice and rave about the delightful aromas right when they step inside. I'm really into these items!

"Awesome Candles!"
These candles are fantastic! The fragrance spreads widely and they are simply delightful. Delivery was quick and smooth. They arrived in a box, so there was no chance of damage, and the packaging is just gorgeous. I really enjoy backing local businesses and I’ll definitely be coming back. These candles are a real treat!
